Can any one recommend  a anti-spam program, or is there such a thing?

I use Ad-Aware to remove spyware.

I use No-ads to block pop-ups.

There are a lot of such programs now.

Do a google/yahoo search on pop up blockers.

Norton Internet Security 6.0 and 6.02 has an ant-spam component built in.  Current detection rates are over 90% w/ less then 1% false positives.

I use:

ad-aware for Spyware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/index.html

Ad Muncher for pop-ups and Ad banners: http://www.admuncher.com

MailWasher for E-mail: http://www.mailwasher.net

Of a special note......I have tried a "bunch" of Ad/Popup removers and Ad Muncher is the clear winner.  Small download, easy configure, easy enable/disable, small "footprint" and it works with everything IE, netscape, Opera, and others.

Here's some other sites of intrest:

http://www.popup-killer-review.com

http://technoerotica.net/mylog/optouts.html ***Read all of this page.  You can actually get "cookies here that STOP popups from sites like X10 and doubleclick.  It let's you OptOut forever!!

Regards,
