nice pix!
there are only a few B25s left airworthy, I think. Anyone know the exact number?
-
Actually, quite a few of them as they are one of the more "affordable" bombers.
B-25s: Where to find them (http://history1900s.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?site=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.aerovintage.com%2Fb25loc.htm)
Shows 41 flying, I think.

Cool pics. I imagine one day that it will be economical to build full scale WW2 replicas. Technology is closing the gap right now, with full scale 262s being made, and 75% spitfires and 190s. There may be a period in time when there is nothing left from the World War 2 era, but that wont last long.

A Bird I haven't seen in a while, believe it is the C-123 Caribou.

Hopefully some of them will be around for the Sun N Fun fly-in in Lakeland in April, and the weather will be better than it was in Titusville.
