Am watching C-SPAN showing troops getting ready to board planes to the Middle east.  Man, are they young!!  Any American who doesn't support the troops should see what they are doing to protect us here in the land of milk and honey:)  You may not support the policy, but those that are tasked to implement the policy are nothing short of magnificent!!

I'm asking why in hell a man / woman can go into war if he's /she's 18 years old but is not permitted to drink alcohol?

In the evolution of Homo Sapien Sapien, 18-21 years old is the apex.  These kids are at the apex of their physical and mental abilities.
