Title: Scoring Question

In Attack Mode, versus objects and versus enemies.

Each category has a hit percentage, I have a 24 % hit percentage against enemies and a 164 % hit percentage against objects.

How the heck does the software know what I was aiming at ?

I am sure there is a simple explanation, but for the life of me I can't figure out what it is.

It doesn't.  I think the scoring takes in account 'spash' damage from your bombs or rockets.
