Wow.

Actual War has taken on a "Look, New News! I'm the first diddlystick to post!" as if it's in the HTC General Forum when they post an patch to a patch that fixed a gear bug.

Fools.

They did the same thing a few weeks ago. Hardly enforcing a no-fly zone.

Fox just stated that planes were hitting Iraqi artillery pieces in range of coalition troops in the DMZ

Sorry you feel that way about news Creamo. What difference does it make what the source is or who was first to post it? The O'club is a suitable location to post news information if it's not already posted on this forum.

I felt this was news worthy to post because it is not a standard no-fly strike where the US has hit AA units as before. From what I understand, these strikes were against Short range Missle units used for surface-to-surface attacks.

From Ranger Bob, an AH member at home:

In case you haven't been following the news the US just hit the Iraq artillery near the Kuwait border. This was designed to remove the chemical threat from these weapons to our troops in their staging areas. Our troops are the most venerable to chemical biological strikes in their staging areas prior to moving into their maneuver positions after crossing the Line of Departure.

I'm wondering if this will provoke the Iraqis to strike back now?

No matter what your feelings may have been about the diplomacy that led us to this, I hope your hearts are all with those brave band of brothers that have been asked to carry out this mission. Mine surely is.

Its getting ready to be on ebut not yet!
From CNN:
"Bush has given Saddam and his sons Uday and Qusay until 8 p.m. EST Wednesday 3-19-03 -- 4 a.m. Thursday in Baghdad. Officials said that Bush's order to launch the attack could come at any time after that deadline.

so 8:00pm EST tonight put on you face paint, Crack a beer and watch the show. (then again it might not happen so fast)
