Gather with many friends.
Include: great quantities of beer or distilled beverages, pretzels, chips, crisps and cheesy things.
Have everyone around the media circus on TV
when someone says:
'Scud' --- drink
'Shock and Awe' --- drink
'oil' ---- drink
'Saddam' ----- drink
this should have everyone nicely plastered in about 10 minutes.
