They drop the leaflets with bouncing betty mines.  When the Iraqis go to pick up the leaflets, it pulls a string and the mine springs up and blows their balls off.  Then while they are laying in a pool of blood moaning, it plays an audio message in arabic, "H4H4H4H PWN3D J00 B10TCH!!!! 4LL Y3R 01L B3L0NG5 T0 U5!!!"

Serious answer:
I recall images of them pushing bales of leaflets out of the back of the aircraft.  The straps holding the bales together were rigged to separate behind the aircraft and the bales would come apart with bunches of leaflets fluttering to the ground.
