I just picked up an NVidia GeForce 4 Ti 4200 (64m DDR) on the advice of my IT guy.
I didn't pay for it, so I can't complain if it is not the best I could have gotten.
What is the general impression of the card?

It's a good card Curval.

:) Whew..cool, thanks Skuzzy.
Now it all boils down to me trying to figure out how to install it.;)

Best Buy had a pricing error last week and was offering the PNY GF4Ti4200 64MB for $79 with no rebates, lots of people that bought the card opening installing found out the card was in fact the 128MB version, I'm so pissed that I am a broke college student and didnt have the money to hop on this hell of a deal. Oh well

That is :
128mb 8xAGP
64 mb ddr

Is my ATI Radeon 7500 PCI gonna make it through to AH2 with my celeron 700 complement with 384 megs of SDRAM?

You are already extremely CPU limited. You're pretty much in a situation where you need a complete rework of your system if you want a real upgrade.
Your system must be at least 3 years old anyway so it's time to open the wallet already :)
