Actually I don't use a profile, don't even have the MS Software installed.

Everything is mapped in Aces High.

Give me a yell if you need help with it.

You don't need deadband or damping at all on the X and Y axels, MS sticks won't spike.

I've used my PP 1 for 3 years with 0 damping and it still flatlines.

I found that with my MSPP2 the best solution was to use the default settings (with maybe a slight increase in the deadband on the twist axis to prevent accidental input).  I used that for a few months until I was very proficient at the game before I fiddled with any of the damping/input sliders.

My reason is this:  In my experience AH is very different to any of the boxed sims out there so I think it is best to get used to the default stick settings before trying to customise.  Adjusting to one stick setting is better than constantly trying to adjust to new settings.

If you do feel the need to adjust the settings regularly, make sure you only make small changes.

Happy flying.

I have been flying with MS Sticks for years and Love them.  Currently running an MS Force Feedback with a CH Pro USB throttle......GREAT COMBO!!!!!!!!

I dont use any software profile programs at all.  I use 100% of the AH setup program thats it.  Runs great and much easier in my opinion!
