The Hangers for selecting ordance and fuel at 34 and 35 are... missing? Go to field and punch Hanger.
The bomber spawn points at 34 and 35 are not available on the run ways but are at the bomber hangers. Maybe this was intentional but the buffs are enabled and flight is possible.
The few coastal fields the axis have left are ok in both respects.
