It's gonna be hard to work up squad tour awards without the score pages. Anyone have any idea when they will be back on the server?

We have been wondering the same thing. Hard to be awarded commendations for top score/kills/etc....

I enjoy them. Use them all the time. Not the same without them.

score
what's that?

Yes, how am I to give out our squadrons awards of valor and commendations for going beyond their call of duty? The bravery of my squadmates cannot go unrewarded. What shall I do HTC?
In all seriousness, sounds like a bunch of kids playing army. I just couldn't post something like that with a straight face. ;)

hope the score page get fixed soon and scores are reseted on the 1st.
I'm nearly about to drop out of the 15, want to know how many people currently in the 15 have won in previous months.

What are you talking about widewing? I am a very mature man. For instance, when my inlaws come over and see my computer flying rig apparatus, all they can think of is how mature a man their daughter chose to marry. ;)
But hey, giving out virtual medals for bravery is a little much, even for me. :)

That's one of the funniest things I've ever read Hblair. Thanks.

Tell me about it. The one thing I dislike about not having the score page is knowing whether or not the guy I just popped is a 133t N1K2 p1L0+ or a true newbie.
It also makes it hard for me to brag about being in the Top Ten Shills whenever I qualify! :p

Not bad noctilux... but I bet none of those La7 kills were as sweet as this one (http://www.dbstaines.com/images/la7bounce.ahf). I didn't record the whining that hit afterwards.

Nice!! I bet he was pissed. :) Isn't it hard to fly with your face against the glass like that, tho??

Ummm... think that may be your P-40 view that's a little screwy.

Thank God (or whatever your favorite deity is) the score pages are back up. Now I can get that Order of the Drunken Brothel Panty Raid Medal I have been earning points for.

Lol....
Well, we don't give 'em for bravery... Unless they fly as my wingman, and it comes with a Section 8 discharge attached. ;)
We give them out for best fighter score, attack score, bomber score, squad night attendence and so on.
I'd like to add a few, like most time in a chute, or for the most "something got me, but I don't know what" vox messages.
Seriously, it's been a =Ghosts= tradition since the early days of AW to have tour awards. For guys who are struggling to improve their skills, a little positive reinforcement goes a long way.
However, I do understand your point, and I agree that it's certainly amusing, especially within the context of current events.
Oh, by the way, thanks HTC for getting the score pages up.
My regards,
Widewing
