Oh man, I really miss placing pics....since I've absolutely no knowledge of hosting them at an website :(

totaly agree, why the hell did they get rid of it in the first place, seems stupid :(

I would guess two things

1. IF they allow image attachments, the file has to be stored on their server. That means HTC's storage space is being used.

2. It is possible that they attributed some warps to people uploading files to the BBS for posting.

be good if we got some free webspace with our $15 accounts (no H2H cheapskates) for making AH related websites or image hosting.  even if it was only 2mb or something.

Anyone know how to use the FreePicHosting thing? I have a great picture but I don't know how to use the [IMG] sort of thing :(

my guess is they needed room for supporting avatars, or do you have to link to avatars?

This was one of the few forums that would let u upload pics on their site, and now it stops :(
Ah well, guess I'll have to find some free web space eventually..

Once you've uploaded the picture, find out the url of it, copy it, and press the IMG button, a bar will come up, paste the link into that, click OK and bobs ya uncle :)

I have my own server running on my home DSL .. gnyahaha ... a 3.5mbps line down, 800kbps up :)
