Title: Bases don't flash

Bases stopped flashing for me in game.  factories and such still do, but not airfields or vehicle bases.  Others are experiencing this as well.  Any suggestions?

Yeah sometimes they flash sometimes they don't...

Especially when you login, it sometimes seems to take many minutes before SOME bases flash, while others ... much longer if at all
