Probably not lower fps but almost guaranteed net related problems as your sound shares IRQ with both winmodem and NIC.

Why do you have a winmodem installed anyway?

Edit: Your system seems to be ACPI - so sharing irq is not necessarily a bad thing. It comes by design.

If you experience problems, disable acpi and your irq's will be spread.
