How do u get the insignias nexst to name?

Click on User CP buton top of this page.  Then click on edit profile button.  Look under avatar.  There you can up load a picture or whatever to post under your name.  The picture is limited in size so you may have to do some resizing.

Ok, I have an insignia that I want to use, but it says it is too big.  How do I resize to 50x50 pixels?

use an image editor and resize the image to 50x50.
