Think commander of cv should be able to bloch use of cv for take offs.
1. Reason 1 you send cv all the way to enemy base and a newbie will take off 10 miles out base and give cv away.
2. Hide cv and someone takes off and bingo bombers inb to kill.
3. Part of using cv is to shell fields without enemy knowing your there. but unless early morning guys will take off before cv has shelled city. And next thing cv gone.
only way to do this is you must be on side of cv for 24hrs that way guys can't change sides deactivate cv's.............
What do you think>?

*fart*

Dont Like.
-
Bad idea. Thanks for coming out, and good luck next time.
-
Gee..let's not let people who pay to play take off when and where they like to.
Do you actually come up with these ideas while sober?
Ack-Ack
-
akak just thought too many times seen cv sail for 1 hr to get to a base just to have newbie take off. Its not much differant than haveing a low rank person hide a cv is it?
-
Bad idea.
For one reason, CV hiding is lame.

Yes, historically CV Battlegroups sailing up too your coast were often missed...

I like the idea, had folks that should have known better blow a sneak on me.
I don't know about stopping them from taking off, maybe if the fleet is under command a message box could appear (similar to mission scoring choice). This make the guy aware that the fleet is on a specific mission rather than just idling by that enemy base...
How about a CV_MOTD, provided by the CV Commander, similar to squad MOTD, stating specifics...some of the new folks don't understand how things work.
-
How about the cv commander being able to put a little sign up in the tower of the cv. He can write his intentions, so when someone goes over to the cv they know what its mission is.
Then when they totally ignore the message, take off, give away the TG's position we can call him a dweeb? :D

Bad idea
Absolute power corrupts absolutely
....here are your fine parting gifts... :p

Additionally lets prevent people from taking off from certain bases so that we can focus the fight on one front.
For example if the Bish are about to be reset, disable all the bases next to the rooks and Kinghts so that every knights and rook can focus on resetting the bish's.
Now how do we select the dictator to have control over base disabling?
Russian Roulette?
LOL

so one of the guys with two accounts takes command of a cv in order to deny the enemy use of that group. I do like the motd idea, but then again, i can hear the whining when someone decides to up anyway. All in all, cv's are fine the way they are.

Give em a popup message in the hanger so at least they know what they're doing.
