Title: ATI Radeon 9700...cockpit shakes....?

Just got the Radeon 9700 and noticed now the cockpit shakes/shivers slightly...it is really weird...anyone have any ideas?

desktop was 85 Hz

turn down sound acceleration a notch. this will fix it.
