is radeon 9500 a budget card? I heard that the 9500 pro is 10% slower than 9700 pro.

The Radeon 9000 Pro is a budget card at just over 100$.

128mb and works like a charm. Just a smidge slower & few less features than the high priced models.

But I'm getting 80 to 120 fps with mine.
