Based on what the story contains, lack of actual ID of suspects, lack of sight of a criminal act, lack of a license number and wonderful after the fact armchair "speculative detective work" he just might have had something to say. :rolleyes:

Just a dweeb trying to get hie 15 minutes of fame. If he really had something of substance other than 2 black dudes high fiving.........:p
