Apart from the rocket 163 which takes a mere 6 seconds to accelerate through 100mph, here are the top ten aircraft for 18'000 feet.

Interesting results on the 109 series, the P-38 and the C205 were laying down good rubber on the tarmac. Note the lack of any La-5/7 aircraft. :)
Conclusions...
What it does show is that all aircraft handle differently at varying altitudes. Others are better than some, and there are a couple of aircraft performing well at all levels (109 G10/G2, Spit XIV, 190-D9, and the F4U-4).
