I've never complained about a thread being locked before but this time you've crossed the line.  That thread could have reached several thousand posts and ran right through until someone posted a "Its that time of year again Dowding... you doing anything" type thread next April 1.

You've stomped on great potential.  For that, we all (with the exception of dowding) are worse off.
