Title: I cannot use the new stuff could someone help

No airfield is letting me take off with the three new addons.  It just says "UNABLE TO TAKE OFF FROM THIS AIRFIELD WITH THAT PLANE"

why????

goto setup and 'enable' the plane or veh. for that base.  If online ,the hangers must have been down.
