On Fox news, several artillery fired anti-personnel cluster munitions found in Basra by British forces as well as artillery shells capable of delivering chemical/biological weapons. France denies any involvement. Weapons experts claim they are a version of the French "au revoir" integrated battlefield capitulation system.
