I don't know Aztec and I'm not trying to stick up for him, but I am from Maine, and it does piss me off a little that you try to lump the whole state together in the far-left We-Love-Saddam category.  It's really not even close to true.  If you're going to slam someone's political views, then please, just slam them, don't try to drag their whole state down with them.

Mjolnr sometimes you have to consider the source and pass it off.

For the record I'm not a liberal either and BgBs suppositions about my political leanings are just that, suppositions.

That being said I feel no need to come here and belittle and browbeat those whose political beliefs are different than my own. I replied to a post defending someone who is no longer here to defend themselves and that is what BgB took exception too...in my view it was a chickentoejam thing to do and however much I dislike or disagree with anyone who pontificates here I would do the same for them.

In point of fact I am highly amused by all of the loudmouth, chest thumping, know it all blowhards on both sides of this issue who frequent this board.

Maine tends to be left of center for the whole country, but their Senators are Republicans so they look great compared to the rest of New England excepting New Hampshire
