these are being distributed to Coalition forces to aid in apprehension/identification of 50 top Saddamite leaders.  Havent opened the file yet; I'm sure Baghdad Bob got one tho. :)  That woman WMD scientist looks as scary as his sons, who by all accounts who have ranked with the most decadent of the Roman Emperors.
