I give Anton a 2. It's the same old whine after reset. I'd give him a 0 but it takes some nads to actually come in here and post something so snivelly.
-
wtg rooks :)
And please fix the zone bug for west country, when taking zone field close to west hq it is not change zone supply ownership. For southeast country attacking northeast is impossible because of HQ and base position, and attacking west is next to impossible because of this bug. It makes southeast contry almost 99% target of reset. All Trinity resets were the reset of southeast up to date.
Actually I would prever autoreset after 7 days on same map, call it a draw. Trinity takes almost the same time as all other maps combined now, not a good for variety of gameplay. I consider Trinity quite a good map, but would prefer if we would not stuck at same map for a long.

Outstanding

I wasnt whining, just a simple statement of facts. Same old ending, same old BS.
BUT AT LEAST THAT DAM MAP IS GONE FOR A WHILE.

With the zeal the day-gangers seem to have..I bet Trinity back before Friday ends.

What facts? Support your "facts" lol

Ummm....hate to burst your bubble...but according to my records, trinity takes 2-3 times as long as all other maps combined :D

WTG Rooks! I wasn't on today, but sounds like a great come-back.
I have a question, though...why do you guys post a brag after every reset you win? I always figured that Bish and Knits tend to post reset brags as well, but I did a search of posts back a year to see. I found 2 reset brags for the Bish and Knits each (one of the Knit brags was for the CT though). The Rooks had 9! (Ten if you count the 2 that were posted about today's reset) It's not like y'all are winning that many more (or less) than Bish or Knits over the past year. What's the deal guys?

Muhammed Saeed al-Sahaf the Iraqi Minister of Information (currently on administrative leave). is our press agent and anytime we get a reset he is in charge of the mother of all media, the AH BBS
:D thats why we have so many post reset, postings:cool:

supporting fact - No one country can win any map without a HUGE numbers advantage, or some kind of co-op with another country whether it be agreed or by coiincidence.
The ONLY thing that controls these maps lately is momentum. The map goes back & forth at start, reaching deeper into each country as the momentum swings back & forth.
Then it gets down to the wire & the 2 countries that pinned the 1 down get greedy & fight for the win & let the pinned get back up. This goes on for weeks.
UNTIL FINALLY- WHEN EVERYONE IS SO SICK OF THE SAME MAP FOR SO LONG-
that they dont care about actually being the country that wins, they just want a new map.
If im not mistaken thats the exact reason that there IS 3 countries, if not we'd never get off even the smallest of maps.
So indeed, congrats on the win rooks, I remember not so long ago rooks had a numbers issue & rarely took a map.
I guess it was seeing the 3rd rooks reset thread for the 1 map was what put me off.

Actually Anton, I think it was more a celebration of getting off that map, regardless of who did it. :)
At least that's how I felt about it.

well i cant speak for alll rooks ......
but first off seeing as how FEW resets we rooks get it is a major accomplishment for us :D
second the whole trinity thing was a big deal ... everyone seemed to want it to go away, so posting this we let the community know that there is a new map up.
on a side note ... WTFG ROOKS again reseting SFMA!!!!! 2 resets in 24hrs i havent seen that in like 6 months ! :D:cool:;)

I don't think that is the case anymore. More than a year ago I would agree that Rook numbers were so low that they did not get that many resets. But over the past year, Rook numbers have been pretty equal to Bish and Knits (and a few months ago, Rook numbers were consistantly much higher than Bish or Knit).
I wonder if HTC has data on the number of resets won by each country that they could query for a time period.

I saw the Bish help the rooks big time, the Bish decided to cut off the Knights from fighting rooks as the bish backed the rooks into the corner. BIG MISTAKE! ;)
-
The rooks really pulled together on this one. It was fun to participate in the reset. I like the Trinity map but even I was starting to get weary of seeing the same map day after day. The break will do me good! (now if I can just get past the dreaded 'Pizza' map!
