it would be helpful if htc could code a way to switch to the side with lowest numbers without a time limit while keeping the same side change delay for switching to countries without the lowest numbers.
this would be most helpful since arena balance changes rapidly.

good idea? bad idea?

dont you think this...could lead to peopl swicthing just to find out where the last CV is..or give pos reps...then be able to swicth baCK??
HOW LONG OF A DELAY WOULD YOU THINK RRIGHT??
stupid caps lok

bad, for the reason bgb just gave. And, this is a very strange request from Citibria -- I've never (and I've been here a long time) seen Cit switch to the sides with the fewest numbers.

Yeah Furious, but Cit's idea would let them switch back quickly if not immediately.

it would let anyone who wants to switch to the country with lowest numbers
sure make it a time limit like an hour or somthing should be plenty
and seriously who really cares about the stinking carriers?
-
personaly i think you shouldnt be able to switch sides until the end of the tour.(once at the begiining off the month ). not that anyone listens to me anyway :)
-
I like it the way it is. You can make one switch, which should be enough. I used to fly Fighter Ace, and one of the main problems was side switching. If we(Japan) had an attack of tanks heading to germany and we had them on the run or capped, they would switch to Britain and sneak in and destroy the tanks or trigger an attack on our flank. And there were 5 teams, so they could switch around all they wanted. I understand what he is talking about, but I think this is the lesser evil(the way it is)

both good and bad fester. good for your idea but bad because it would be abused by spying and that sort of cheap behavior.

there would be much spying...and not just for CV's..but goons..etc....misiions under radar...misssions...any sort of planned attak..

I can see it already. They low on numbers and are getting spanked as it is. You switch side because you can't find the CV. Now you go back to your team and take great pleasure in Kicking them while they are already down. Its the AH way of life.
BTW this has absolutly nothing to do with my love for a good vulch.

I think a 30 min to 60 min delay in switching back would resolve any "spying" issues. Honestly, I don't find "spying" to be an issue currently in the MA. It may happen frequently for all I know, I just don't find it very effective. I feel the increased numbers this proposal would generate on the side of the smallest team would more then counteract any advantage in "spying" a larger team would have.

well...We in the Marine Air Wing..have alot of "fans" sometimes...Poelpl love to find us and try to stop us from crushing and taking..Spying can be a problem and has been...
When a Lone LA7 zeros directly in on your under cover mission and goes straight to the goon..ya,.,,spy..

Based on what Cit said I would not have thought you would be able to "Switch back & Forth". Sure you could jump to the team with lowest numbers but you could not switch back as the team you were returning to would not have the "Lowest Numbers". (Unless it was done by a lot of people at the same time even then you could only get the side with the lowest numbers up to the level of the next lowest then the focus would change).
The only downside I can see would be players useing it to stop a side getting a reset.
Or have I missed something?
I think it would be a good idea.

No matter how balanced the numbers are in a three sided war there will always be gang bang - otherwise there would never be an reset.
Not saying that balancing isn't important, just saying that it doesn't fully solve the prroblem.
