Have pics of both these birds.  HunHunter was a favorite of mine also..........also one jug had yellow cowling and a head hunder Icon painted on yellow cowling.........Chief Sky-0-Watha had profile of american indian chief in full regalia......lots of nice artwork for Jugs simply for the fact they were big!

ccvi, you mean "Big bellybutton Bird II", a P47D-30 from the 513th Fighter Squadron, 406th Fighter Group at Melsbroek Airfield in Belgium during the spring of 1945.

to be correct about "Big bellybutton Bird", 2 diferent sources show diferent data about colors on this bird tail.
Now is painted like one of them show. I ask on expert forum but not recive answer yeat.
