Title: Resupply Bug?

Last night I watched as buffs bombed knit HQ.  Radar went down for all of about 10 minutes...
I've also seen many posts regarding insta rebuild last night..

Could there have been an arena wide bug last night, resulting in insta rebuild?

sounds like they need to increase the DOWNTIMEMULT!
