Meteor prototype (note yellow P in circle on fuselage) from before they had the jet engines ready ;)

It is the Trent Meteor, EE227, a standard Meteor I, used by R-R to test the RB50 Trent turboprop engines. First flow 20 Sept. 1945 and scrapped in 1948 when the testing concluded.
