Title: Quid Pro Quo on Whines
Post by: beet1e on April 18, 2003, 03:11:03 AM: I have just done a search of threads in this forum updated in the last month and which contain the word "whine". I found 23.

Along with a plethora of other players, I have voiced disdain for the Lala 7. :p

But I am ready to cease my whinings, on one condition. That condition is that we have to have two clear weeks in which the map-whining-pansies put a sock in it. And you know who you are. ;) Every time I notice a map whine, that 2 week countdown gets reset back up to two weeks. (It will be like waiting for game updates - LOL)

Quit whining about the maps, and I'll shut up about the Lala-7. ;):D

Steve, I wouldn't have thought so either. But you should have seen the stick I got a few months ago, for opining about Americans' rights to bear arms, the many thousands of gun related deaths that result, and then providing a link to some government stats which substantiated it. The funny thing is that it was all in small text in my sig. block!

Wetrat! I thought America was all about democracy, freedom of thought, freedom of speech - and now you're saying people want to take those rights away from me?

Errr. Umm. I'm a big proponent of freedom of speech. You bein' a basic non American means we can neither take away nor give it to you, at least as long as TB continues to dance to Dubya's tune.
