Just a quick note on HT. I know that we all complain that Ht doesn't get problems solved fast enough for us. In reality they probably never will until we get instant gratification. However every time I have had technical problems or my most recent problem with my account, they have been there with surprising speed. I wish I could this kind of support from every product I purchase.

Man, you have that right! I recently had a hardware issue after getting a new cpmputer. There were ongoing e-mails back and forth between myself, Skuzzy, and support in general for over a week. Skuzz just kept right on keepin on trying to help me out. It was and is much appreciated.
