Ok i have had the GF card installed in my computer for a couple days and i am not showing any problems with it playing any games, etc...
Should i still download any drivers from Nvidia if everything is goin fine?

If you are getting all the performance you need right now let it ride. Sometimes screwing around with drivers every few weeks can be a good thing but they can cause issues you don't immediately notice.

Thank You

I have a GF card and was getting the "newest" drivers all the time as well. Then I noticed the FR went into the dumper. The newest drivers are made for newer cards than my GF2 mx400. I went back to an older driver and it really screams now.
Newer ain't necessarily better for drivers and nvidia doesn't tell you what card that the drivers are optimized for. In short, if you're happy, go with the flow.
