anyone playing the planetside public beta?

What do you think of the game?


i think the lag is the worst!  it reminds me of TRIBES but on a bigger scale.  
I like the fact you have to kill things to get credits to upgrade your armor and stuff.

Just got my CDs yesterday... can't stop playing this beast :D
 
Myself and some others kept taking some vanguards and flying around an enemy base running people/things over and blowing things up.  Overall it was havoc... hilarious :D

But yeah, definitely Tribes on a HUGE scale.

I can't seem to figure out how to map the flight controls to a joystick.  I suppose it doesnt really matter... I'm getting used to the mouse.

Its to damn laggy for me :D

But its should be great when it goes gold.
