Sorry guys, this one comes from the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. I don't think you can blame this on the filthy liberal-leftist commie sympathizing dope-smokers of the 9th in San Francisco.
The case in question concerns the constitutionality of supper prayer at the Virginia Military Institute, a state-operated military college in Lexington, Virginia. Apparently, the Supreme Court has not made any rulings regarding the constitutionality of state-sponsored prayer at public institutions of higher learning, so the decision is novel.
