Fake, but pretty good, nonetheless!
-
You ought to see that on TV. It is easily the best advert I've ever seen.
I also heard it isn't actually fake!
-
actually its not fake. There is a website for this commercial. It took 600+ tries to get this sequence to go thru as one complete shot. Its pretty impressive. If I can find the link to the site, I'll post it.

I just want to know who those wheels roll UPHILL?
-
It's a breath of fresh air compared to the pompous, conceited drivel we get exposed to these days.
-
Very cool, and I agree with boxboy, the wheels seem to defy physical law.
-
Wheels look top-weighted to me. They accelerate as they go uphill (even after hitting next wheel), and then quickly decelerate after about half of a turn.
-
But let me be the first to say, I can not think of a better use of a bunch of crappy honda parts!
:)
-
Now that's an ad!
-
It was not a fake, it took 617 (if i remember correctly) takes to complete. I read an article in the sunday telegraph not so long ago about it.
It uses all parts of the new honda accord. You are right the wheels manage to go uphill because they weighted them!

i prefer the ikea commercials...and that must have taken a loong time to get right...
-
Do they even sell the accord wagon in the US anymore?
