I've heard of the Wildcat line of professional cards.  Unfortunately, the only professional cards I've ever used were GeForce Quadra models.

Seems to be taylored for CAD type work.  I was wondering how it would do in the gaming world.  Can't really find much on it anywhere.

Most professional cards are geared towards Open GL support with modicum to none support for DirectX as virtually all professional 3D graphics applications use OpenGL.

I am not familiar with this particular video card either, so I cannot really comment directly on it.

They claim full DirectX 8.1 support for the card.
