Hey Folks:
I read somewhere around here about the need to 'customize' a new vid card for use as a gaming card. I've had this 64 meg Radeon 7000 for a while , and have that funny feeling that I'm not getting the most out of it. The guy at the store even said that compared to my old card , 'this card can be tweaked in many ways to suit your uses'.
Can someone tell me how to change the card settings for optimal performance in AH? I think there was a website that a few guys were passing around, can someone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks in advance for any help in this matter :)

Hi Airbumba,
It's true many stock drivers are not optimised for gaming. I think the software you are thinking of is "Rage 3D tweak". Get it here http://www.rage3d.com/r3dtweak/
The amount of variables can be a bit daunting at 1st and you can really screw things up if you just wade in. The rule is one thing at a time.
A good starting point is the tweaking guide here http://atiguide.ionichost.com/
Good luck :)
