Title: Help change Avatar to .Gif or .Jpg

I believe this is the right size, but It needs to be .GIF or .JPG format.  :(   Can someone help me convert to this format?  None of the programs I have can do the trick.  Thanks for any help.

Use a program like PaintShopPro to "save as" in .jpg or .gif format.   :)

heck you can even do it in windows "paint" .. just choose "save as"
