my bad.  they'll be out in a few minutes.

Orders are out.  Emailed all squad COs except for the Nighthawks.  Couldn't find their CO's email.

Sancho if you look on the  Friday SquadOps webpage (http://events.simladder.com/tod.php) you will find all the squads with clickable emails at the bottom of the left-hand column - the Nighthawks are at the very bottom of the list.  :)

How come they were not out by Wednesday per my request? Really gives squads very little time to get ready.

sorry Dad, I tried, but real life got in the way.  

Flossy, that's the page I was using.  After a good night's sleep, I finally see NightHawks right at the bottom.  :)

Don't mean to pick on you and I think you know that, but...

1.   Admin CM's always get their orders out by the weekend before, (mine were out by last Sunday) which gives Frame C.O.’s several days to get them out.
2.   If Frame C.O.’s don’t get theirs out on time or answer e-mails CM’s are forced to
  a.   Cancel the whole frame for 200 plus people
  b.   Scramble to find a replacement Frame C.O.
  c.   Do the orders for a side themselves which can lead to a host of other concerns

3.   If you know in advance you can’t do your orders on time then find a replacement who can.
4.   If this happened suddenly say Wednesday or Thursday then do them early next time so this will not happen again.
