No, that's some conservative's *interpretation* of liberal jargon. Every liberal's jargon does not mean the same, just as every conservative's jargon does not mean the same.

But why be rational, right Miko?  It takes less effort and thought to just pigeonhole everyone under one umbrella.

Miko just take the word liberal out of the subject line and it will be just as funny and banana's panties will unbunchify.

how can you "pigeonhole" everyone under "one umbrella"?

to pigeonhole is to separate into small groups.

to put under one umbrella is to group together.

Actually that should be titled, 'What conservatives think liberals mean when they say:'

Funked up, It's too bitter to be funny.

The truth and where most of us live:

'I'm a wishy washy liberal with left wing leanings but a sneaking regard for the right.'
Griff Rhys Jones - Welsh comedian

Mondo, apparently Webster's dictionary begs to differ with you. Note the definition when used as a verb, as I did.

pigeonhole

n : a small compartment [syn: cubbyhole] v : treat or classify according to a mental stereotype; "I was stereotyped as a lazy Southern European" [syn: stereotype, stamp]
