Buddy is lookin to buy a new computer. He doesn't want an HP or Compaq. Is there a sight(not alienware) where he can have one custom built for a good price?

Build it himself at Macena in Danvers.  Cheapest around, and they'll pretty much do the work if he asks them to.

Alienware's are nice but you are paying $$$ for a name and a fancy new case design.  Lots of people have had good luck with these guys
