yeah saw this in a magazine a year a go, made by same ppl who did il2 i think but cant remember. my system wont run it thats 4 sure damn slow bellybutton p3!!!

Looks like WW2O did a year before it made its famous historical
 entrance into the Anals of the game communities worst release scenario's...  Wait for the boxed update in 2005 for the real playable version..

Yeah, made partly by the guys behind IL-2.
IL-2 was done by 1C and Maddox games in cooperation. BC is just by 1C.

Screenshots are looking good, but it lacks any information on how the UI will be, which is very important in a RTS-game.
The video's from the above link is just intros with little to none ingame shots. I found a link with a footage from some game show from summer 2002, which DOES show promise, but also show some rough edges.
