Title: new resupply
Post by: ramzey on May 22, 2003, 05:19:10 PM
fuel for aircraft

how many times are u land close to home field on untouched aircraft with plenty of kills? i can say many

In RL ground crew can bring u fuel and u take off angain and head back home.
Here we have no chance to back, gv's have your own resupply who fix damage and fill amno. Is gv's better then aircrafts??
Aircrafts have nothing and i think small 25% refuel supply would be ok for aircrafts.

I not demand fix aircraft, cuz noone will give perrmision to t/o and fly on aircraft whichone can have hidden damage fixed fast outside technical yard. And i not see place for rearm resupply for aircrafts
This new resupply could be dropped by C47 and m3/lvt like others.
Not full tank but quater of tank.

its not hard to make for HTC, player can be plased;) everyone can be happy:)

how about that?

25% can get me the 5 feet back onto the runway after a botched landing.. ;)

Absolutely.  Of course, getting someone to drive supplies out to you while they are busy furballing . . . .

Yeah I agree.  GV supplies could be tweaked to add 25% (or even less) fuel to an aircraft.......

And for planes that come in dead stick with some damage.....how about an M3 towing the thing back to the runway?  Now that would be real useful.......

Or, have it repaired in the field to be taxiied/flown back--but make it a wait of oh, a half an hour so you'd have to really really want to do it.

fuel supply is a good idea, id also like the plane to be fixed if you roll it into a hangar and wait for a LONG time (depending on damages)

Oil leaks, replacing control surfaces etc, no big repairs.
