Title: Time to say goodbye as a CM

Gents,

After 3 years of being a CM, starting the Snapshots, TOD’s (now Squad Operations) and heading the CM group for a year I am going to call it a day. After stepping down a few months ago as head CM and handing it over to fossy and ghostdancer I went back to my old Admin position for the Squad Operations. I trained holder who has a good grasp of what needs to be done, and ran a couple more, but after 3 years I am ready to leave the CM group and events altogether.

This was my last Squad Operations, (I will post the results from frames 3 and 4 when I find out some details) so from here on out I will be just a regular player. :D

Anyone who likes SquadOps or TOD's as they used to be called can thank daddog (and Ghosth) as they were the driving force behind it.

With the help of the participating squadrons it has grown over time from around 50 per week to upwards of 200.

Daddog,Salute Sir,i have never flown in an event (usually too early in morning for me ;)),but i know it must have been a lot of work and taken a lot of your time,and for being so giving to the community,I Salute you !!!!!!!!

Thanks for bringing all of this togethehr Daddog, it's really made AH worthwhile for me, and convinced me to try and give something back to the comunity.

Daddog, the TOD's are one of the best things going for AH.  We owe you much thanks for all your work.  

It will be good to see you flying with the rest of us lab rats.  By the way, I don't buy it.  Give him some time and he'll be back.   :p

So does this 'retirement' mean you get a zimmer frame and get to complain about 'the young people of today' and how they have 'no respect anymore'? :D
