Title: BBS penalties

I've just read enough crap posted in the BBS to realize that we need a penalty system for those few, sad humans who constantly throw up all over the BBS.

I was thinking that maybe they should have to spend a certain given amount of time in a 'penalty ride'. Maybe something like this:

>>Small chunks of spew...... a Policarpov for         1 day

>>Moderate Ralphing........... a Bell Airocobra for   3 days

>>Totally Upchuked.............. a Grasshopper for    7 days

I'm sure we could expand on the penalties and such, but this is just an idea in it's youthfull stage, the idea will grow, god knows with all the fertiliser around here, IT WILL GROW.
