They disabled it as it probably took up too much space on their servers.  Now you have to find a place to store you files.  I set up a website so people can upload it almost like they did here.  Go to: http://r1329776.hostultra.com/upload.html and select the file you want to upload (must be 200kb or under) and once you upload it go to the upload database and get the URL for the picture.

Once you do that come here and type [*IMG]URL of picture[*IMG] without the *'s and it will be shown on here.  Hope this helps :)
