Title: map changes???

hi folks.
i just wanted to know why did it change from when a team won the war, the map changed, to the system it seems we are on now? from what i have been told, it seems that even when a team wins, we wont switch maps till the next friday. am i understanding this right, or am i just a bit misguided on this?? lemme know...

Because its better this way.  

With the old way we would stay about 70% or more (thats a guestimate) of the time on just 2 maps.
