TCM is showing classic USAAF training films starring Jimmy Stewart, Ronald Reagan and more tonight. Great Stuff!!:D

Hiya,
In the UK but we get TCM, Hope they show em here

Saw a bio on Stewart

A true hero in all sense of the words in that he desperately wanted to help his country and putting aside his carreer to do so

Full of admiration for what he did

Made good films great too

Never knew he was so close a friend to henry fonda, Though they supported different parties politically they remained best mates all their lives

Don't think nowadays "stars" shine as bright as of years gone by

Only know basic info on ronnie but would be interesting to see the tcm stuff

It was cool to see them. Ronald Reagan in "Recognition of the Jap Zero", Jimmy Stewart in "Earning your Wings" and the classic "Resisting Enemy Interrogation".
