Title: Updated Norway in SEA

The updated Norway terrain is currently loaded in the SEA so that anyone wanting to take part in tomorrow's CAP can download it ready.  I have also asked for the Download page to be updated with this latest version.  :)

what was updated?

Theres still plenty of tears in the terrain and plenty of areas where the water transition isnt 0.

It looks exactly the same to me.

Load more bases added to make more use of it.
